About R2M

Hotel Montefiore belongs to R2M, a collection of iconic Tel Aviv locales owned & operated by Israeli hospitality couple Ruti & Mati Broudo.

In addition to Hotel Montefiore, R2M includes the busy Modern bistro, CoffeeBar, hybrid retail staple Delicatessen (with five branches), city-wide sweet shop, Bakery (with six branches), and cafe & performance venue, Herzl 16.

Over the course of three decades, R2M has quietly but steadily led Tel Aviv’s transformation from an impenetrable maze of shawarma shacks and hummus huts to a leading destination for world-class cuisine and unforgettable hospitality experiences.

R2M is now Tel Aviv’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality group, employing nearly 1,000 people city-wide.

Each of R2M’s seven establishments was born out of a vision to add something aspirational and truly excellent to the Tel Aviv landscape.

R2M’s concepts offer an authentic sense of place and purpose and never rely on passing trends. Thirty years after opening doors to our first restaurant, we are still motivated by the same mission: to achieve excellence, consistency and authenticity in everything we do.
